Anya Navidski

Founding Partner

Anya is an unrepentant entrepreneur and is deeply committed to levelling the playing field for female founders and to Voulez Capital Fair Venture Principles

She has almost twenty years of experience building businesses in multiple sectors and geographies, including running a £250m renewable energy venture, founding an incubator for social impact businesses and turning around growth companies on behalf of investors.

Having started her career gaining useful training with the likes of PwC (Project Finance), Goldman Sachs (M&A) and NERA Economic Consulting (Economist), she then discovered her true calling and refocused her career on entrepreneurship.

Along the way she has assisted a European government on structuring and execution of an investment fund to facilitate growth of ‘technology SME champions’, was a Director of the INSEAD Centre for Entrepreneurship, and advised JP Morgan on innovative funding instruments for renewable energy transactions.

Anya's approach to doing business and focus on strong, deep relationships, forms the very core of Voulez Capital culture and DNA.  Her deep roots with INSEAD and its founding story provided an inspiration for re-claiming the legacy of Georges Doriot - the founding father of Venture Capital - which formed the very core of our Fair Venture Principles.
